LEAGUE NEWS:

(8/1) Rainouts from July 29 have been rescheduled for August 5th.

(7/28) The final night of the 2008 Mens Gold Division is set for tomorrow night. If Chick's On The Square wins, they will finish the season at 14-2 which is identical to the final record of The Ritz. Below is the tie-breaking information for the league title should that happen:

(7/9) The two games rained out on 7/8 have been rescheduled for 7/29. Note: the game times have been changed!

(5/3) In case you're curious how we put together this year's 16-game schedule with 10 teams, here's how we did it:
1) A grid composed, by team number, of all 80 league games to be played this season was developed.
1) Each team was listed alphabetically
2) 10 cards from my 7-year-old son's Scooby Doo playing cards were selected (Ace through 10) and shuffled.
3) My 7-year-old son picked a card at random to assign the teams alphabetically to a team number.
4) While keeping teams' special requests in mind, the schedule you see was composed.
